Eight years ago I set off on an incredible adventure of personal growth and development.  In the midst of that journey I quickly realized I was living a good life but not a great life.  Thus began my personal quest to discover all the hidden beliefs, mental baggage and scars that were holding me back from reaching my full potential and living the courageous, confident, and purpose driven life I was meant to live.  The science-based mindset shifts and strategies I've learned along the way have been life-changing and I am passionate about sharing my story as well as the research proven tools I've gained to help others achieve their own big dreams and goals in life and business.
