WHO:

Athletes and teams looking to build the mental tools necessary for peak performance

WHAT:

Athletes will learn techniques that will increase confidence, improve focus, build high performance habits, enhance mental resilience, manage high expectations, perform well under pressure, play loose and free, play with joy, build mental toughness, boost motivation, cope with fear and anxiety, overcome mental barriers, and limiting beliefs

WHEN:

Weekly 30 minute sessions, ongoing text and email access

WHERE:

Individual and team sessions with the option to do in-person or online
